The chambered body makes it little lighter than you expect when looking at this and make it ideal for long time use, on stage or anywhere else. The volume control knob feel is of high quality although some might miss the tone shaping options, which in this case need to be handled by your amp or any external device you rely on. Anyway the Fishman Pickup delivers authentic ukulele tone all-over. Of course this concept is sort of silent ukulele-like, but might be exactly what you look for. So only very little acoustic volume but full sound through your amp or headphones maybe, but right enough for quiet practicing on your own. Specification
